UAK6 Students Take Up The Balti Challenge

The Challenge which was coordinated by UAK6 students, Sajjad Ali and Sohail Tariq involved a team of 17 students who gave up their free time to prepare food, present the restaurant and turn their hand to ‘front of house’ duties, to ensure diners received a warm welcome.  The evening, was attended by Academy staff, students, family and friends, and hosted by maître’d, Sajad Ali, with speeches from Head Boy, Ruhel Hussain, and Mr Zamir, who expressed the importance of the evening, to raise funds for the Ibrahim Trust.
